PRACTISING SELF-ACCEPTANCE AND SELF-FORGIVENESS

Practise accepting and forgiving yourself

Why practise accepting and forgiving yourself? There are many reasons. However, I am listing only a few for simplicity: 

REASON 1 —UNWORTHINESS

For all the times you felt you were not worthy of being given an opportunity that stretched you beyond what you thought you were capable of. The moments when you felt that the position given you or suggested for you, was just to big to handle. You then hid behind ‘Needing More Experience.’

For thinking that you were not up to the job or challenge. For the time you forgot just how worthy you were, because if the Your Higher Self, had not known that you were worthy, and good enough for the job, the opportunity that you turned down, would not have come your way.

REASON 2 — NOT GOOD ENOUGH

For feeling that you were not good enough. For feeling that you didn’t deserve to be thanked or appreciated for the good work that you did. For the moment that your first response was: “You shouldn’t have!” when someone brought you a present, just because they appreciated you. 

REASON 3 — NEGATIVE JUDGEMENTS

For the times when you looked at what someone had, and you thought they shouldn’t have it. Or you thought that they had a lot of money and they didn’t deserve it. 

When you looked at someone’s beautiful car, and instead of feeling happy for their accomplishments, you showed envious resentment. For many more negative judgements that you know deep within yourself.

REASON 4— PAST ANGERS AND RESENTMENTS

The angers and resentments that you have accumulated over a long time. Some from childhood, adolescence and adulthood. Your entire life. They are stored somewhere, even if you think that you let them go. 

You may have forgotten them, with the passing of time. However, they are in your cellular structure. You are energy that has gathered and accumulated more energy which does not serve your wholeness.

THE BENEFITS OF PRACTISING ACCEPTANCE AND FORGIVENESS

  1. You are vacuum cleaning, decluttering your whole body; your temple.
  2. You are allowing inner peace.
  3. You are reconciling your whole being, clearing it from anything that does not serve you.
  4. You are opening yourself to allowing a lot of good things to come your way.

Finally, by this practise, you are allowing momentum in your life to feel easy, and always feeling good, joyful and happy. You are allowing gentleness within you and you are truly nurturing your soul. You are bringing success in your life from many sources of the abundant Universe. 

You are Self-Mastering. As you continue regularly, with this practice of self accepting and self forgiving, you are creating a wonderful life and reality for yourself. You will manifest your desires with ease. Everything you choose to experience, will be yours with effortlessness. 

Why? Because at the point of self-mastery, you will truly be merged with your Higher Self. You will be operating from your Soul Level. You will be as one with your Soul. Your God-Self.
