ELIMINATE ANGER FROM YOUR TEMPLE

Anger is a slow killing dis-ease. Most people do not realise it is. When you get angry, it’s okay for a few minutes, but please do not stay there longer than necessary.

WAYS TO HELP YOURSELF GET OVER ANGER

  1. Breathe. Keep breathing deeply and slowly, until the anger energy is released from you.
  2. Ask your Soul to take the anger from you and bring you good thoughts.
  3. Take a walk into nature, or anywhere you will get plenty of air.
  4. Tap into the LOVE that is within you. Direct your LOVE from your heart to each and every cell of your body,
  5. Keep doing this until you really feel good about yourself. 
  6. Then direct the LOVE that you feel about you, which is in each and every cell now, through each and every pore of your body. 
  7. Emanate that to the whole world.
  8. After this, focus of the person or or situation that made you angry. Send your LOVE to that person.
  9. If it is something you need to address in person, with another, make sure that you have reached a state of peacefulness, before you talk.
  10. Think of good attributes of the person or situation.
  11. Since you are a mirror of whoever comes into your life, is there a situation
    that is being mirrored by this person or situation? 

WHY LOVE?

Love is the ultimate healing balm. You are using your love to heal the situation because you must Love Yourself first. When you love yourself, you will not be angry at anyone for whatever reason. You will have your power, your inner strength that doesn’t easily get ruffled. You will be peaceful at all times.

IF YOU ARE ANGRY WITH THE WORLD, DO THIS:

  • Fill yourself with the LOVE from your heart centre. 
  • Really feel your own love caressing you. 
  • If you cannot feel it, imagine that your LOVE is flowing from your heart into each and every cell, into every part of your skin. 
  • Then take some deep breaths, to ground your LOVE into the Earth. After this, imagine your LOVE spreading over the whole Earth. 
  • Stay with this for as long as it feels comfortable. When you are done, breathe out your LOVE, through your feet, into the centre of the Earth.
